Ciao Bella.
So our trip to Italia was off to a super sunny start & we topped it off with the.best.day.ever.
Well...after I got over my seasickness ... it was a pretty magical day. We spent the day roaming the Mediterranean on a boat just for us. So this post is literally just a scrapbook. Pretend there are some sunshine & anchor stickers in the corners of each pic. And thought bubbles of us saying " THIS IS AWESOME."
Everyone got in the water...even baby Asher! He hated it & then loved it. But we had to get him in there for even a second. He has to know that (at 16 months) he swam in the Mediterranean Sea.
My favorite part of this trip was the QT we got to have with fam that we don't see often...

Nap Nap - Boat Style..
The Blue Grotto is one of the most famous grottos (caves) in the Mediterranean. The waters were pretty rough that day, but had calmed down by the time we stopped by. The boys got out into the water, said the grotto was amazing. Like swimming in "Blue Jello," so then the ladies jumped out and swam over. You guys... I freaked the freak out. 😬 I am really not a good swimmer, but the FOMO in me sent me paddling into the water. And yeah, it was a little too much for me. Oops.
AND ---
Then to top it off, Chels got stung by a jellyfish. So yeah, next time....we'll stick with the boat drinks.
BUT -- Despite those 'mishaps' all in all, it was a YAY day...
Asher was so happy on the water.
And did you happen to catch all those babysitters that were on this trip...??
